We would like to get your updated contact information for account notification purposes. It is important that you receive your statements and other information related to your Credit Union accounts on a timely basis. It is also important for us to have accurate information on file so that we can communicate more efficiently when important information needs to be shared with our members.

Don’t Be A Victim – Protect Your Identity
Now more than ever, it is important to safeguard your personal information! Times are tough and the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union doesn’t want you to become a victim of criminal financial activities! Be sure to password protect all of your personal information on your computer and make the password at least 10 characters long. The more random the characters, the harder it will be for hackers to access your information. Using the first letter of each word of a favorite phrase is a great way to disguise your password while still making it easy to remember.
Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee you won’t become a victim. Carefully monitor your financial information and if you find any questionable activity, notify the Credit Union immediately. The Credit Union will work with you to verify the questionable activity and advise you of the steps to take to minimize the damage.
