Greater Cincinnati Credit Union is proud to celebrate over seven decades of service to our valued members! From the time of the very first Annual Meeting on February 1, 1935 to present day, the Credit Union's mission remains the same: To provide safe, economically sound, competitive financial services to meet the needs of members in an efficient, convenient and personalized manner. From the simpler times of the 1930s to the more technological times of today, your member-owned, not-for- profit Credit Union has been here to bring you products and services that save you time and money, and we will continue to do so for years to come.

Our Field Of Membership!
The Credit Union began as the Cincinnati Teacher Association Credit Union in a room in the basement of Hughes High School. While the name, field of membership and locations have changed over the years, the motto of "people helping people" is still a philosophy we abide by today. The Credit Union now has five locations throughout the city to serve its members. GCCU serves over 14,000 members, who hold over 26,000 Share Accounts and over 7,000 loans. Let your friends, family members, co-workers and neighbors know that GCCU has been serving families, students, alumni and other sponsor organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area for over 70 years. Because you are a GCCU member, your immediate family members are eligible to join the Credit Union and enjoy all our money-saving services.
