MEMBER PRIVILEGE
SHAREDRAFT CHECKING PROGRAM
Member Privilege provides a $400 courtesy overdraft limit to help our members cover checks or automatic deductions against their checking account when they may otherwise be "a little short" right before a payday. Everyone who uses our checking program is automatically enrolled, unless they opt out of the program. There is no monthly fee for this program, although there is a nominal fee charged when a member uses the privilege. Member Privilege is a courtesy program extended to members based upon trust.

ATM DEBIT CARD
The ATM Debit Card adds the convenience of a check card
to your STAR® card. You use your ATM Debit Card
just like a check at any business which accepts Visa®
Debit Cards. The amount you spend will be deducted from
your checking account. This eliminates the need for
identification and check approval at the millions of
locations world wide where the Visa® Debit Card
is accepted. Just present your ATM Debit Card and sign
the receipt for whatever goods and services you buy.
The same card will also work at ATM's and point of sale
terminals, with your credit union provided PIN (personal

Due to significant losses and unnecessary disruption to our members, our Visa Credit and Debit Cards are no longer being accepted in some countries. Before traveling, please contact the credit union’s call center or a branch manager for the current list of blocked countries. Sorry for any inconvenience.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
Direct Deposit will put your net pay, your pension,
or any amount you designate directly into your Credit
Union accounts. Direct Deposit is a real time and money
saver. No worry about taking your check anywhere for
deposit, or standing in line to get it done. When your
deposit arrives at the Credit Union you can arrange
to have any part of it automatically transferred to
savings, checking, club accounts, loan payments or any
other accounts you may have. Handling your finances
will become simple and convenient with your credit union
doing most of the record keeping. If depositing your
entire check is too big of a step, you can deduct a
certain amount from your paycheck each pay period and
send it to us to deposit. It's a great way to make yourself
save! Inquire at any Credit Union office or where you
work. There is no charge for Direct Deposit.
TELLIE
TELLIE enables you to work with your account from home
or place of business with a touch tone phone by dialing
(513) 559-0901 or toll-free (888) 292-0901. One important
difference between your Credit Union and any other financial
institution you've ever dealt with is that we encourage
you to keep in contact with your accounts. With your
own access code number you can check your account balances,
transfer funds between them, find out your loan balances,
and more. Be sure to apply for your own TELLIE access
code number. TELLIE is a free service. Click here

LOAN BY PHONE
Use your touch tone phone to use our automated loan application service. Members may call (513) 559-1375 to apply for a loan by phone. (Not available for non-members.)
NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICE
The Credit Union has Notary Public Service available
at all branches for the Member as well as the Non-Member.
The document to be Notarized must be signed by the "Affiant"
(the person making the statement under oath) in front
of the Notary Public and Proper Identification must
be presented (usually a current driver's license or
state ID card with a picture). Stop in at any of our
branches for Notary Public Services.
